Our high-specification roller brake testers have been developed to meet the latest DVSA regulations for connected MOT testing with quick and accurate results.

Crypton's Automated Brake Testers have an integrated weighing system that automatically calculates the braking efficiency of a vehicle. It is designed with a dimpled roller surface for maximum tyre protection and a coefficient similar to the road surface for accurate results. Easily operate from the vehicle with a user-friendly remote.

    ✓ Connected Equipment - input vehicle data directly from the DVSA MOT Testing Service (MTS) system to the brake tester programme. Once the test is complete, results are transmitted back to the MTS automatically. 

    ✓ Integrated weighing system automatically calculates brake efficiency

    ✓ Galvanised steel roller chassis and cover plates for a professional, robust and long life finish

    ✓ Dimpled roller surface offers tyre protection whilst providing a coefficient similar to the road surface for accurate results

    ✓ Operated by a remote control via Crypton's Control Station (option to add petrol and/or diesel emissions tester). The control centre includes a Windows 10 PC, keyboard and mouse with a dust/grease cover, printer and 23" coloured screen

    ✓ Requires an internet connection (not supplied) to the control centre
